At Erica's Crafty Creations, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you received the item or when a designated third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the order.
To initiate a cancellation, please notify us with a clear statement via email at ewallace@ericascraftycreations.com.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
The item is in its original packaging.
The item is in its original condition and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
